Welcome to The Cape on Grant, our family’s beach house just one block from the beach inn beautiful Cape May, NJ.

Completely rebuilt and finished in summer 2026, The Cape on Grant is a brand-new, three-story home designed with big families, multiple generations and groups of friends in mind. With six bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, four king suites, multiple gathering spaces and plenty of room to spread out, it’s a house made for bringing everyone together, without ever feeling crowded.

This isn’t simply a rental property. It’s our family’s home, and every part of it was thoughtfully designed for the way we love to spend time at the shore.

(It may not be a Cape anymore, but the memories that gave The Cape on Grant its name live on!)

We built The Cape on Grant to be the kind of house where bringing the whole family, or friends, feels easy.

From the oversized kitchen and multiple living spaces to four private king suites, a huge screened-in porch, two bars and a third-floor kids retreat, there’s room to gather when you want to be together - and room to escape when you don’t.

Throughout the home you’ll find high-speed Wi-Fi, large TVs, comfortable furnishings and the everyday conveniences that make a week at the beach feel effortless.

Our garage is stocked with beach chairs, toys, and plenty of beach gear for our family and guests to enjoy.
